Return & Refund Policy

O.Vations (www.o-vations.design)

At O.Vations we want you to be happy with every purchase. If you need to return an item, please read and follow the policy below carefully — returns that do not follow these rules may be refused.

 Eligibility & Requirements

 To be eligible for return, all of the following must be met:

  • Contact first (within 7 days): You must email info@o-vations.design within 7 days of receiving the product and state the reason for the return. Include your order number, the product name, and a short description of the issue. Providing photos (if applicable) speeds review.

  • Return window / delivery to O.Vations: Returned items must be received by O.Vations within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items received after this 14-day period will not be accepted.

  • Original condition & packaging: Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags, inserts, and protective materials included.

  • Customer pays return shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured shipping method — O.Vations is not responsible for lost shipments returned without tracking.

  • Discounted / sale items: All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

  • No exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order after your return is processed (if applicable).

 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email info@o-vations.design within 7 days of receipt with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return (and photos if relevant)

  2. Once we confirm eligibility, pack the item securely in the original packaging and ship it to the return address below. Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt.

  (Shipments that arrive without a return authorization and identifying order information may be delayed or refused —     include your order number inside the package and on any shipping paperwork.)

 Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email with the result of the inspection and whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days after approval for the refund to post to your account; timing depends on your payment provider.

 Defective or Damaged Items

 If your item arrived damaged or defective, email info@o-vations.design immediately (within the 7-day contact       window). Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will review and advise on the next steps.

 Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the requirements above may be rejected and shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

  • We recommend keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been received and processed.
